Does AI in a factory need an IT team to run it?
Not necessarily. Phak AI starts from the Excel, Google Drive, and LINE the factory already uses. Our team sets up the system and imports starter data during setup.
Will the AI set prices in place of engineers?
No. AI helps find information and draft quotes from cost tables and past jobs. An engineer or the sales team always reviews and approves the price.
Can it work with standards documents such as FSSC 22000 or ISO?
Yes, as a document library you can ask. The assistant answers from your standards documents and SOPs and cites the version. Phak AI does not issue certificates or certify compliance in place of the certifying body.
Can we use drawings with Phak AI?
Yes. Phak AI searches past jobs and drawing support documents, and brings multiple drawing versions together in one place, set up around how each factory stores drawings. Phak AI is not CAD software.
