Connect AI to your ERP and existing systems through MCP, without replacing them
Phak AI is built on MCP (Model Context Protocol), which works like a universal power plug. Existing and new systems can plug into the central AI brain. You start with tools your team already uses, such as LINE OA, Google Drive, Microsoft 365, email and Excel. ERP, CRM and accounting systems connect project by project as you are ready. It suits organizations that want to build on their current systems instead of replacing them.

MCP is the universal power plug for enterprise AI
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is a common standard that lets AI talk to different systems in the same way, like a universal power plug that any appliance can use.
Phak AI uses MCP as the data connector in its platform layer. Any app or system can plug into the central AI brain without replacing what you already have. Learn more in What is MCP.
What can AI connect to?
| System | What it is used for |
|---|---|
| LINE OA / team LINE groups | Let employees ask the AI assistant from their phones |
| Google Drive | Sync documents into the knowledge base automatically |
| Microsoft 365 | Sync documents and working files for the team |
| Company email | Bring knowledge from email into the central knowledge base |
| Excel / CSV | Ask numeric questions in Thai about spreadsheet files |
| ERP / CRM / accounting / back-office systems | Pull business data through MCP or a custom API |
How we connect to an ERP: start read-only
Connect step by step, so you are confident before you expand.
Start with what you have
Use the LINE, Excel and Drive your team already uses, or files exported from your ERP. There is no need to touch the core system yet.
Connect read-only first
When you are ready to connect a larger system, AI starts by reading data only. It does not edit or write data back into the system.
Expand as you are ready
Add systems or permissions one part at a time, as your organization agrees, with people confirming every important step.
Permissions and audit when AI connects to your systems
Role-based access
Set which positions or departments can reach which data. AI answers only with what the person asking is allowed to see.
Every question logged
A usage log shows who asked what and when, so you can review it later.
Modules switched on or off at the server
Turning a module off is enforced at the server level. Off means it cannot be reached, not just that a menu is hidden.
Data separated by organization
Each organization has a dedicated server, so your data is never mixed with another organization's.
Clear scope
What Phak AI does
- Phak AI connects to LINE OA, Google Drive, Microsoft 365, email and Excel/CSV right away
- Phak AI connects to ERP, CRM and accounting systems through MCP or a custom API, project by project
- Phak AI starts read-only and controls access by role
What it does not do
- It does not force you to change or replace your existing ERP
- It does not let AI edit data in core systems without a person confirming
- It does not come with a ready-made connector for every ERP brand. Each system needs its own assessment
Frequently asked questions
Can Phak AI connect to the ERP we already use?
Yes. We connect through MCP or a custom API, project by project, starting with read-only access. If you are not ready for a direct connection, you can start with Excel files exported from your ERP.
How is MCP different from an ordinary API connection?
MCP is a common standard that lets AI connect to different systems in the same way. Adding a new system is easier than writing a custom connector for each one.
Will AI edit data in our systems on its own?
Our approach is to start read-only, and AI drafts, people decide. Giving AI more access than that is agreed together, step by step.
