Will our company data be used to train AI models?
No. Phak AI does not use an organization's data to train AI models, and each organization runs on its own server.

What is Phak AI?
Phak AI is an AI platform for organizations. It brings company knowledge together as a central AI brain, so employees can ask questions in Thai and get answers from the organization's own documents, with sources.
How is Phak AI different from ChatGPT?
ChatGPT answers from general training data or the internet. Phak AI answers from your organization's real documents and points to the original. Your data stays on a dedicated server for your organization and is never used to train AI models.
Is it safe to use AI with company data?
Each organization has its own dedicated server, so data is never mixed. Access is role-based, every question is logged, and personal data is masked when documents are imported. It is designed to align with PDPA.
Does Phak AI train AI on our data?
No. Your organization's data and questions are not used to train AI models. The knowledge in the knowledge base belongs to your company.
How is it different from Google Drive or a shared folder?
A file system makes people hunt for files. Phak AI brings the information to the person. Employees ask in plain language and get an answer with sources, without remembering file names.
Can the AI read Excel files and answer in Thai?
Yes. You can ask numeric questions about Excel or CSV files in Thai, such as how many customers are in a group or which province has the most. The system calculates from the real data in the file.
Can it connect to the ERP we already use?
Yes. We connect through MCP or a custom API, project by project. You can start read-only, or start with files exported from your ERP. You do not need to replace existing systems.
Can we use it through LINE?
Yes. Employees can ask the assistant through a LINE Official Account or in the team's LINE group. The system's web app works too.
What file types are supported?
PDF, Word, Excel, images, video, web links, YouTube and text notes. The system indexes them automatically.
Can the AI be wrong or make things up?
Phak AI answers from real documents and cites its sources so you can check them. If it is not sure, it does not guess and hands the question to a person. If an answer is incomplete, add the missing documents to the knowledge base.
What do we need to prepare before starting?
Prepare the documents and files you use in real work, a list of questions your team asks often, and a person on your side to confirm answers.
How do we get started with Phak AI?
Share the problem and gather the documents you really use. Phak AI is then installed on a dedicated server for your organization, connected to existing systems, with permissions set. Your team starts using it, and you add the next app one at a time.
Will AI replace our employees?
No. Phak AI is designed to help your internal team. AI drafts or suggests, and people review and decide at every important step.
How much does it cost?
