Ask about your fleet from Excel in Thai: temperature, fuel, and due dates
Phak AI lets transport teams and managers ask questions in Thai about the Excel and CSV files they already use. For example, a per-trip temperature report from logger files, which truck uses unusual fuel, or which truck's tax and insurance expire this month. It calculates from the real data in the files and names the file it used. No new system or data team needed.
- Temperature logger files
- Registration and due dates
- Fuel and repair files
- Insurance billing files
- Per-trip temperature reportSummarized from logger files, naming the file used
- Vehicle papers due soonTax, insurance, and inspections due this month
- Trucks with unusual fuel useCompares fuel use per truck from the real data in your files
The fleet data is there, but hard to ask
Temperature logger files pile up
When a customer asks about a trip's temperature, the team opens files and checks one trip at a time.
Fuel and repairs are in separate files
Finding which truck uses unusual fuel means comparing several files by hand.
Vehicle due dates are tracked by hand
Tax, insurance, inspections, and registration. Miss one and the truck sits idle or gets fined.
Insurance billing is outstanding
Shops that handle claims chase which bills are still unpaid by which insurer.
How asking about your fleet in Excel works
Start from files you already have. No need to wait for an ERP or a new system.
Pick the starting files
Registration and due-date files, temperature logger files, fuel and repair files, or billing files. Upload them or sync from Google Drive.
Ask in Thai
Type a question as you would ask a colleague, on the web or in the team LINE group. Each person sees only the files their role allows. See data security.
It calculates from real data
It summarizes and calculates from the numbers in the files, not guesses, and names the file behind each answer so you can check.
Connect existing systems
Pulls data from logger APIs or existing systems through MCP, set up to fit the systems each organization uses.
Questions the transport team can ask
What we measure when asking fleet data in Excel
Tracked with your own numbers, before and after.
- Fines or idle days caused by missing vehicle papers
- Complaints or claims for goods spoiled by temperature
- Time spent preparing temperature reports for customers

Frequently asked questions
Do we need to reformat our files?
You can start with the files you use today. During setup, the Phak AI team checks which files can be asked right away and where column headers could be clearer for better answers.
Can it pull data from loggers automatically?
Yes. Phak AI reads files exported from loggers, and pulls data through the logger API or the GPS system your organization uses, via the MCP standard.
Who can see vehicle and billing data?
Access is set by role. Data sits on a dedicated server for each organization, and every question is logged. See the security page for details.
