Frequently asked questions
If a customer only gives the vehicle model or a trade name, can the AI find the code?
The assistant understands natural questions and searches your catalogs and cross-reference tables. If the data exists, it answers with the code and page. If not, it says so instead of guessing.
What happens when a new catalog edition comes out?
Upload the new edition or drop it into the synced Drive folder, then retire the old one. The assistant answers from what is in the library at that time.
Our cross-reference tables are incomplete. Can we still start?
Yes. Unanswered questions are logged, and a senior staffer fills in data from real questions. The library grows more complete with use.
Will our catalog and price data be used elsewhere?
No. Data stays on a dedicated server for each organization, is not used to train AI models, and every question is logged. See Security for details.
