Professional / trade associations
An AI rules library that answers right away, built for professional and trade associations
An AI rules library brings an association's regulations, notices and circulars into one place and clearly separates current versions from withdrawn ones. Staff ask in Thai and get an answer that links to the source notice. It suits associations with hundreds of rule files and only a few staff who remember which version is in force.
Which notice on member data reporting is in force right now?
Notice 3/2025 is in force. It fully replaces Notice 7/2021. Links to both are attached so you can compare.
Source: Notice 3/2025, clause 1Checked, it matches. Send the member the link to the current notice.
Why searching an association's rules takes so long
File names don't describe the content
Hundreds of notices are named by number or date. Staff have to open each one to see what it covers.
It's unclear which version replaced which
A new notice may amend only some clauses of an old one. Miss that, and a withdrawn clause ends up in a reply to a member.
Know-how sits with a few people
Senior staff remember which notice covers what. When they are away or move on, the team starts searching from scratch.
The same questions keep coming back
When a new rule comes out, many member companies ask the same thing. Staff look up the same answer again and again.
How the AI rules library works
Start with the association's public documents, then add internal ones once permissions are in place.
Bring the rules into the library
Load regulations, notices and circulars from Drive, M365 or existing folders into the knowledge base. No system migration needed.
Label current and withdrawn versions
Mark which notices are in force and which have been replaced, so answers always reach for the right version first.
Staff ask in plain Thai
Type the question the way a member asked it. The assistant answers from the library and cites its sources. If it isn't sure, it says so and points to a person who knows.
A person checks before replying
Staff open the source notice, then decide how to answer the member.
Questions staff can ask the rules library
What we measure with the rules library
We agree on the metrics before we start and measure with the association's own numbers, before and after. To see how measurement works, talk to the Phak AI team.
- Time staff spend searching per question
- Share of questions answered without asking a senior staff member
- Number of answers that cite a withdrawn version (the goal is zero)
- Number of questions the assistant hands to a person because it isn't sure
What the rules library covers
What Phak AI does
- Phak AI helps search the association's regulations and notices, with source links
- Phak AI helps keep current and withdrawn versions apart in its answers
- Phak AI helps capture senior staff know-how in one shared library
What it does not do
- It does not interpret rules on behalf of staff or legal advisers
- It does not give investment advice
- It does not issue or amend notices for the association
Frequently asked questions
If a new notice amends only some clauses, how does it answer?
Once the library marks which clauses were replaced, the assistant answers from the version in force and attaches the old one for comparison. Staff can always check against the source.
Do we have to move documents out of Drive or M365?
No. Documents sync from Google Drive, Microsoft 365 and email. The originals stay where they are.
Can members ask the rules library themselves?
Yes, as the association decides. Role-based permissions set which document sets members can ask about and which stay staff-only, and every question is logged for later review.
