A tax article and announcement library with citations for accounting firms
The Phak AI tax library brings the articles, announcements, and rules your accounting firm already uses into one place. Accountants ask in plain Thai and get an answer that names the article or announcement it came from. If the library does not hold enough information, the assistant does not guess. It passes the question to an account manager. It suits firms that want fewer repeat questions landing on a handful of senior staff.
For a service contract with an individual, which withholding tax form do we use?
Our article treats this as a service contract. Use the form and rate in section 2.3. Recheck items with materials.

Why accounting firms need a tax article library they can ask
Tax knowledge in a firm usually sits with a few account managers. The articles the firm wrote, the announcement summaries it prepared, and the answers it gave clients are spread across email, drives, and chat. Newer accountants end up asking the same people the same questions, especially during the month-end close when everyone is busy.
The tax library puts all of it into the knowledge base. The assistant answers only from documents your firm has loaded, and it cites its sources every time, so the team can open the original and check. This approach is called RAG: search the firm's documents first, then write the answer.
How the tax article library works
Start with the articles and documents your firm already has. Nothing needs to be rewritten.
Load your documents
Upload PDF and Word articles, add links to articles on your firm's website, or sync from Google Drive and Microsoft 365.
Assign an approver
An account manager decides which articles and announcement summaries can be used for answers and which are retired.
The team asks in Thai
Accountants ask on the web or in the team LINE group and get an answer with the document name and page.
Not sure? It goes to a person
Questions beyond the library go to an account manager. Approved answers are then added to the library.
Questions your team can ask the tax article library
What we measure
We agree on the measures at the start and track them with your firm's own numbers.
- Number of tax questions that reach an account manager
- Share of answers with complete citations
- Time new accountants spend finding tax answers
- Questions the assistant could not answer, which show what the library is missing
Scope of the tax article library
What Phak AI does
- Phak AI answers tax questions from articles and announcements your firm loads, with citations
- Phak AI helps the team use the latest version your firm has approved
- Phak AI logs every question so you can see which topics are missing
What it does not do
- It does not give tax or legal advice in place of accountants or professionals
- It does not track government announcements on its own. It answers only from documents your firm loads
- It does not send answers to clients without a person reviewing them
Frequently asked questions
What if the AI gets a tax answer wrong?
The assistant answers from articles your firm has approved and shows the source every time. If it is not sure, it does not answer and passes the question to a person. Answers support the work. Accountants still decide and remain responsible.
What happens when a new announcement comes out?
Load the new announcement or summary into the library, and the approver marks the old version as retired. The assistant then answers from the latest approved version.
What do we need to prepare?
Your firm's tax articles, the announcement summaries you use most, and a set of real questions your team asks. The first demo can start from your firm's own public articles. To plan it, talk to the Phak AI team.
