A central AI knowledge base for your agency, searchable in plain Thai
A central agency knowledge base holds rate cards, packages, past cases, creative guidelines, billboard specs and ad platform guidelines in one place. Your team asks in Thai and gets answers from the agency's own documents, and every answer cites its sources. It suits agencies whose know-how is spread across folders and a few experienced people.
- Rate cards and packages
- Past cases and proposals

- AEs find prices and casesAsk in Thai and see the source file behind every answer.

Why an agency needs a central knowledge base
Too many rate card versions
Old and new price files sit side by side in Drive, and nobody is sure which one is current.
Past cases are hard to find
Work for similar clients lives in old proposals, but nobody remembers where they were saved.
Good billboard locations live in people's heads
Which site suits which product is know-how held by a few experienced people.
Platform guidelines change often
Ad platform rules and best practices are scattered across personal notes.
How the agency knowledge base works
It builds on the Google Drive your team already uses. No need to move files anywhere new.
Pick the folders to include
Start with rate cards, packages, past cases and billboard specs, then sync from Google Drive.
Organize boards and set permissions
Split boards by team, such as sales, creative and performance, and decide who can see each client's data.
Your team asks in Thai
The AI assistant searches the documents in the knowledge base using RAG and tells you which file each answer came from.
Update a file, the answers follow
When the team edits a rate card in Drive, answers draw on the latest synced version.
Questions agency teams can ask the knowledge base
What we measure with the knowledge base
We agree on metrics when you start using it and measure with the agency's own numbers. Talk to the Phak AI team to choose the right ones.
- Time spent finding a price or past case before replying to a client
- Number of repeat questions AEs ask senior staff or group chats
- Share of questions answered from the knowledge base with sources
- Usage per team in the Executive Dashboard
Scope of the agency knowledge base
What Phak AI does
- Phak AI brings documents from Google Drive, Microsoft 365 and uploads into one knowledge base
- Phak AI answers from the agency's documents and cites its sources
- Phak AI separates access by role and by client
- Phak AI logs every question so admins can review usage
What it does not do
- It does not answer from the open internet, only from the knowledge base
- It does not design creative work or produce videos
- It does not replace your accounting or media booking systems
- It does not use the agency's data to train AI models
Frequently asked questions
Do we need to move files out of Google Drive?
No. Phak AI syncs from the folders you choose, and the team keeps working with the same files as usual.
Will data from different clients get mixed up?
You can set role-based permissions for who sees which data. Each organization gets a dedicated server, and data is not used to train AI models. See Security for details.
Which file types are supported?
PDF, Word, Excel, images, video, web links and YouTube, so you can keep rate cards, proposals and past work samples together.
